Price :
All prices are indicated net in euros. The company Oxa Médical is under the regime of the exemption in base of VAT (art 293B of the CGI). In case of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, the customer is the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums do not concern the spring of Thion Médical.com. They will be charged to the customer and are the customer's responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the authorities and competent bodies in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
The products remain the property of thion-médical.com until the complete payment of the price.
Ordering:
The orders are made by the site thion-medical.com.
Any order will have to be accompanied by its payment in order to be treated until its term. If the payment does not correspond to the amount of the order, thion-medical.com will not be able to treat this order without the balance remaining due. The purchaser, who wishes to buy a product or a service must obligatorily:
- To fill the form of identification on which it will indicate all the co-ordinates requested or to give its number of customer if it has one;
- Fill in the online order form giving all the references of the chosen products or services;
- Validate the order after having checked it;
- Make the payment in accordance with the conditions;
- Confirm the order and payment.
The confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms of sale, the recognition of having perfect knowledge and waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction. The confirmation will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out. The seller will communicate by e-mail confirmation of the order recorded.
Shipping costs :
The shipping costs are not the postage costs. The shipping costs cover all steps necessary to ship the order. They are also determined according to the geographical area of delivery. The orders are delivered by our care to the post offices of Langeais. The shipments are made by postal sending format letter.
DELIVERY :
The delivery is done by La Poste. Your order is deposited by the letter carrier in your mailbox. We remind you that the mailboxes must be standardized, that is, Height = 260mm, Width = 260mm, Depth = 340mm and a standardized lock.
Method of payment :
- By credit card type Visa or MasterCard.
- By Paypal for all Europe and all foreign countries except France and DOM TOM. (Paypal is an international secure online payment site. The data that you will transmit during your payment is transmitted encrypted directly to the servers of PayPal. During this phase of payment, you temporarily leave the site thion-medical.com to go to the PayPal site. No banking information is transmitted to thion-medical.com. The information sent to PayPal is considered inviolable).
- By bank check only for metropolitan France and DOM TOM.
- By bank transfer for all France and DOM TOM, all Europe and all foreign countries.

Delivery time :
The usual average delivery time is 5 days. In the event of unavailability of product after receipt of your order and / or a delivery time exceeding 3 weeks, your order will be canceled unless you agree to maintain your order. You will then be refunded.
Your order is delivered directly to your mailbox or hand-delivered by the Post Office. In case of absence or impossibility of delivery of your order (insufficient size of mailbox for example), your letter carrier leaves a notice of passage mentioning the date and the address of the post office where you can withdraw your order on presentation of an identity card.
In the event of a delay in delivery by the Post Office, Oxa Médical will file a claim with the Post Office. While waiting for information from the Post Office, no refunds, new shipments, returns or exchanges will be made.
Input error:
Neither Oxa Médical nor thion-medical.com can be held responsible for erroneous information that the customer registers in their personal information, address details or/and selected products. We strongly invite you to fill in the address form. We recommend that you enter your name in UPPERCASE and your first name in lowercase. These characters will be copied on your order and will be much more readable for the mailman who will deliver it.
The inaccuracy of the address can lead to a non distribution of the order. In this case, thion-medical.com must wait for the return of the order by the distributor (the post office). The delay can be very long and the risk of loss high. The expenses of forwarding will be the responsibility of the customer.
Similarly, errors in the order of products and/or characteristics of these products that would require an exchange, will be treated as a return for exchange (see paragraph Return).
Therefore, we invite customers to carefully review the information they enter on the Create Your Account form and/or in the shopping cart regarding the selected products.
Delivery Address:
Any incorrect delivery address may result in a refusal of the order with a refund and a deduction of 4% of the total amount.
Impossible to deliver and put at disposal in post office:
In the case, of an impossibility of delivery by the post office and of provision of the order in a post office, and in the case where the customer would not appear in the time allowed to recover it, the order being turned over to us by the post office, the expenses of forwarding will be the responsibility of the customer
Right of withdrawal :
You have a period of 14 days, according to the consumer code, from the receipt of the product(s) to withdraw.

Except for the personalized products, with a large number of combinations such as, the heels of compensation for city and sports shoes (198 variants), the insoles of compensation for city and sports shoes (1056 variants), the Réfexo-magnetic insoles (2048 variants), which are excluded from the right of withdrawal, from the return for a refund and from the return for an exchange.
Back :
The return is to be made to the Company Oxa Médical, 114 route de Langeais, 37190 AZAY LE RIDEAU, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. The returned product(s) must be in their original state, with their packaging, accompanied by the invoice. The product(s) will not be returned, exchanged or refunded if they have been tried on or worn.
- Return for a refund: Within the 14 day period (see paragraph "Right of withdrawal"), the return costs are at the buyer's expense. Only the price of the purchased product(s) will be refunded. The or the products turned over incomplete, damaged or dirtied will not be taken again, nor refunded. In the event of return thion-medical.com is committed refunding the purchaser at the latest in the 14 days. (Article L 121-20-1 of the Code of the Consumption)
- Return for an exchange: Within 7 days (see paragraph "Right of retractation") and with preliminary agreement of the Oxa Médical company, the expenses of return are the responsibility of the purchaser. Products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled cannot be returned or exchanged. The buyer will be responsible for the difference in price of the exchanged product(s) as well as the return shipping costs. Please enclose a bank check payable to Oxa Médical.
Applicable law and disputes :
The present contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute, the Commercial Court of Tours shall have sole jurisdiction for sales in France, and the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction for sales outside France.
